We strive to ensure the accuracy and functionality of the Tools but do not guarantee their uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for any specific purpose. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Tool or the entire Service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Obligations and Conduct

You agree to use kinglyx.xyz lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for any data, content, or information you input, upload, or process using the Tools ("User Content").

Prohibited Activities:

You must not: Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights. Upload, process, or transmit any User Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or infringing. Attempt to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running kinglyx.xyz. Use any automated system, including "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages than a human can reasonably produce. Take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure. Use the Service to build a similar or competitive website.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, design, layout, and compilation of the Tools, is owned by kinglyx.xyz and its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. The "kinglyx.xyz" name and logo are trademarks of the service. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include any right to resell, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Service or any Tool.

You retain any intellectual property rights you hold in the User Content you submit. However, by submitting User Content, you grant kinglyx.xyz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and display that User Content solely for the purpose of providing and operating the specific Tool you are using. We do not claim ownership of your User Content and do not store it beyond the immediate processing required to deliver the Tool's functionality, unless otherwise stated for a specific tool.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall kinglyx.xyz, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using kinglyx.xyz. The aggregate liability of kinglyx.xyz for any and all claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100.00).

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. KINGLYX.XYZ EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

kinglyx.xyz makes no warranty that (i) the Service will meet your requirements or expectations, (ii) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable, and (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless kinglyx.xyz and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, b) a breach of these Terms, or c) User Content posted, processed, or transmitted through the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas for the purpose of litigating any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of kinglyx.xyz.
